Taster Sessions
These will be approximately one-two hour long introductions, clarifying just what breathworks/mindfulness is – how we generally go through life on automatic pilot, rarely stopping to pay attention to what is going on around us. Breathworks/mindfulness, helps us to see more vividly what is going on in our lives, therefore empowering us to choose to tackle our challenges more effectively.
My online or face-to-face taster sessions will explain how I teach Breathworks for STRESS or HEALTH to assist anyone with, stress, anxiety, illness or pain and for those who want to improve their well-being.
