Sessions will last 90 minutes
Cost:
I am introducing a 4 week booking system – you may book 4 sessions for £40, however, if you cancel 24 hours prior to the class you can roll one over.
Also, if you introduce friend/family and they book for 4 weeks, you will earn one FREE class! Please message me by any of the above methods to book on and pay.
What you will be doing:
Each week we will learn new meditations and I will also provide you with some daily actions to practise in your own lives that will re-train those neurons in the brain to form healthier habits and shift challenging areas in your life where you may be a little stuck.
These sessions are also suitable for individuals with chronic health conditions and the consequent stress and anxiety this may cause.
Let me assure you, no lotus positions required (unless that's how you want to sit!) Bring warm, comfy clothes - layers where possible; a warm blanket, cushion - anything that makes you cosy and comfortable. Although we will be sat, if you want to bring a yoga mat or a kneeling cushion/stool as well, feel free to bring whatever you need.
